we are located a short 12 minute drive from ellicottville, and 14 minutes from holiday valley (shorter to tubing run)
stroll upon almost 2 acres of land while you sip a stout or a glass of wine We sleep a total of 10 in 3 bedrooms (two sofa-beds in living room, one queen, one full, with linens) and 2 full bathrooms.
